Pattison reveals World Cup dream

Matty Pattison has revealed that it was the dream of representing South Africa at next year's World Cup that led him to leave Norwich City and return home.

The 24-year-old midfielder this week signed for PSL side Mamelodi Sundowns after finding himself out of favour at Norwich City.

The former Newcastle United player is now hoping his decision to return home will help to attract the attention of Bafana Bafana coach Joel Santana.

TFF yaipasha Simba


SHIRIKISHO la Soka Tanzania (TFF) limeitaka Klabu ya Simba kuruhusu wachezaji wake kujiunga na kambi ya timu ya Taifa ‘Taifa Stars’ inayojiandaa na mechi ya kirafiki ya kimataifa dhidi ya Rwanda Agosti 12 mwaka huu.

Akizungumza na waandishi wa habari Dar es Salaam jana, Katibu Mkuu wa TFF, Fredrick Mwakalebela alisema wachezaji wote 31 walioitwa na Kocha Mkuu wa Stars, Marcio Maximo wameripoti kambini isipokuwa wachezaji wa Simba na hivyo kuitaka klabu hiyo kuwaruhusu wachezaji hao haraka.
